CONSIGNMENT POLICIES
- Consignments are accepted by "DROP OFF" appointment only.
-25 items allowed per appointment...A set of 8 matching wine glasses, or a set of china is considered ONE item
- Items are taken for 90days. There is an automatic price
reduction of 10% after 30 days and an additional 25%
off after 60 days. (total of 35%off).
No reductions will be
taken on jewelry that is 14k and above.
- Payment of 50% of the actual selling price will be available on the 6th day of the month following the
sale of an item. A numerical list of items sold will
be provided with your check. We do NOT mail checks! You may pick up your check anytime after the 6th of the month. Checks not retrieved within 90 days will be void per bank policy.
-You can now check your monthly sales online. Ask us how to set this up.
FURNITURE CONSIGNING
Furniture must be pre-approved by sending photos to classicconsignments@comcast.net . If approved, you may bring your furniture items by scheduling your arrival time with us. You need to deliver it to us, and be able to carry it into the store. We can provide you with the name of a mover if you need help with transportation.
PRICING
We establish a price for your items based on your know-
ledge of the original cost and age, and our experience in selling pre-owned merchandise. We want to get the
most for your item, since the more you make, the more we make.
TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL CONSIGNING
- Items must be CLEAN and in WORKING ORDER - In addition to condition, QUALITY is very important to successful consigning. Our customers are looking for unique, well made items at reasonable prices.

- We do not hold things, nor do we do layaways.
- We adhere to markdown dates and prices.
